The IT Services Directorate provides a number of services internal and external to the Trust. The Directorate oversees everything from end user support, purchase of new hardware and software, maintenance of equipment, systems development, applications and infrastructure, including the growth of our network architecture and an extensive wireless network.
We believe the demand for easy access to shared data, applications, flexible communication methods and a responsive support team are critical to business success.
The IT Directorate has been nominated to be a Global Digital Exemplar (GDE) and is working towards accreditation. The Trust is also partnered to provide fast follower support to enable best practice and innovation.
